I had a 9am appointment for the 20,000 mile service. I dropped my car off on time. My service advisor told me there were a lot of customers who had dropped off their vehicles that morning for service. He told me he would call me when my car was ready. I asked him roughly how long it would take. He could not give me an answer. My question is what is the point of having an appointment at 9am for something that takes maximum 2 hours, when the service may only be completed at 3pm. Why have an appointment at all and why not just drop the car off when you feel like it? Because they only seem to get to it at some arbitrary time anyway. I expect better from Toyota. My local mechanic is more organized and efficient.

I had an oil change & tire rotation. When I got home I noticed the dash display was changed to a screen used for safety settings. I thought I could check the owners manual & change it back. The 4 inch stack of manuals is too confusing to get an answer. I returned to the shop the next day and was quickly helped. But it was a trip I shouldn’t have had to make. Please do it the first time I see you.

I had some issues when I bought my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country and even though I had bought it as is the owner (I can't remember his name) and some of his staff, namely, Bradley Mitchell (works in the service dept.) and Charlie made sure the issue was taken care of and cleared up. I had been treated horribly by other dealerships in the past which is why I was leery upon arriving at this dealership. But they turned around that experience and made me a very satisfied customer. Customer resolution was to my satisfaction. And they were kind the whole time. I mostly worked with Bradley Mitchell but I would do business with them again. Thanks guys!!! :)
