Everyone was very friendly during my oil change. The waiting area is fantastic, I was also offered a second quieter waiting area in case needed since I had my newborn along. Multiple employees stopped to make conversation and were very friendly. The online scheduling is incredibly convenient. Makes it worth the thirty minute trip for my free oil changes.

I had a 9am appointment for the 20,000 mile service. I dropped my car off on time. My service advisor told me there were a lot of customers who had dropped off their vehicles that morning for service. He told me he would call me when my car was ready. I asked him roughly how long it would take. He could not give me an answer. My question is what is the point of having an appointment at 9am for something that takes maximum 2 hours, when the service may only be completed at 3pm. Why have an appointment at all and why not just drop the car off when you feel like it? Because they only seem to get to it at some arbitrary time anyway. I expect better from Toyota. My local mechanic is more organized and efficient.
