Positive experience from start to finish. I’m beyond particular about the car that I drive. Working with Ethan was the best experience I’ve had in buying a car. He listened to exactly what I wanted, how the vehicle was equipped the mileage, and the type of car. There was no high pressure. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We were blessed with Noah. He did a great job as a new salesman. He took his time and explained many features of the car. Busy place, but good service. Nothing to do with Noah, but was to be detailed before we received our car. There were dirt scuff marks around the interior of the car. That was disappointing. Otherwise all else was as promised. We even texted Noah with other questions and he responded. Paperwork went fast and efficient.

Joe was great! He didn’t push us into a sale. If anything, he encouraged us to take time before making a decision. He communicated with us through the entire process, and we felt heard. I would definitely recommend McGrath to anyone.

When I picked up my truck service depth stated I owed 240.00 which was wrong. The pil change was no charge as I had three free ones at that tinme.. someone needs to check the records first.
