I really love this place! I think what made the experience so great because Derrius was so helpful and knowledgeable. My first visit didn’t go well and didn’t get the car I wanted. But he still remembered what I want in a car including the price range. The second time he texted me and I got the car! I took the car to an automotive to check before my road trip and everything looked good. McGrath really made sure everything is good before it goes to your hand. We were blessed with Noah. He did a great job as a new salesman. He took his time and explained many features of the car. Busy place, but good service. Nothing to do with Noah, but was to be detailed before we received our car. There were dirt scuff marks around the interior of the car. That was disappointing. Otherwise all else was as promised. We even texted Noah with other questions and he responded. Paperwork went fast and efficient.
Joe was great! He didn’t push us into a sale. If anything, he encouraged us to take time before making a decision. He communicated with us through the entire process, and we felt heard. I would definitely recommend McGrath to anyone.

Did a great job cleaning the inside of my van. Broke off my antenna in the car wash and didn't say anything about it. Broke my handicap tag so it doesn't hang, said nothing about that either.
