The service on my car was good. Problem was fixed. My issue is two things 1) when i got in my car the radio station was on a station i don't listen to. Why did someone feel it was ok to turn on my radio and tune to a station they want to listen to. My car was in for a tire repair. 2) i got in the car and the ac was on with fan in high. I realize it is warm out but the car was inside for service. I get into a “warm” car everyday even when in my garage. My car is my personal property and not a loaner or rental so it should be treated with respect.

How's this for something special? I get to McGrath at 8 am for my first 5000 service and getting out of my car I hear classical music...piped in over speakers? No. There is a lady sitting outside in front playing a musical instrument...live! That's class.
