Each candidate can be up to and including a six-year-old model. Not only this, but it cannot have more than 85,000 miles on the odometer, so you know that you’re getting a relatively current automobile that has not been used too heavily. These two steps certainly help inspire confidence, but they are not enough for Toyota. After vehicles pass these first few steps, they undergo an intense 160-point inspection to make sure the interior, exterior, and mechanical components are all running smoothly. Finally, we review a CARFAX® report to make sure we can finalize the vehicle’s status as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle.
