This means that wherever you are in the continental United States, even if it’s a holiday, you can call for emergency assistance. It is a no-cost plan, but it helps to understand what is covered under complimentary assistance and what may have a cost or limitation associated. Covered Services
ToyotaCare 24-Hour Roadside Assistance provides coverage for battery jump starts, lockout protection, emergency fuel delivery, tire service2, towing3, and winching4. The first three are completely covered, which means you won’t have to worry about a bill if you call for someone to jump start your Camry, unlock your Pilot, or deliver emergency fuel to your Tacoma. A few details to note about the latter options are that with a tire service someone will come and replace your deflated tire with the spare, so it’s important to make sure you have that on hand. With towing, your vehicle will be brought to the nearest Toyota dealership or your preferred service center as long as it’s within 25 miles. Lastly, winching is available as long as you get stuck next to a regularly traveled road and the vehicle can easily be pulled.
